All services are provided by reservation only.
3. Booking & Reservations
- All bookings must be made through our website or other approved booking channels.
- Accurate information must be provided at the time of booking, including pickup location, destination, date, time, and contact information.
- Prices displayed at the time of booking are estimates unless otherwise stated and may be subject to change based on service details, wait time, or customer-requested modifications.
- A booking is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed and confirmation is issued.
4. Payments
- Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.
- By submitting payment information, you authorize Black Label Elite Transport to charge the applicable fees for your reservation.
- Additional charges may apply for extended wait times, route changes, tolls, parking fees, or customer-requested service changes.
5. Cancellations & Changes
- Failure to cancel within the applicable cancellation window may result in partial or full charges.
- No-shows may be charged the full service amount.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Be present at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations during transport
- Refrain from illegal, unsafe, or disruptive behavior
Black Label Elite Transport reserves the right to terminate service without refund if a customer engages in unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate conduct.
7. Text Messaging (SMS) Communications
By providing your phone number during booking and checking the required consent checkbox, you agree to receive transactional and service-related text messages from Black Label Elite Transport.
These messages may include:
- Booking confirmations
- Ride or driver updates
- Service-related communications
Message frequency varies based on your booking.
Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
Black Label Elite Transport does not send promotional or marketing text messages.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Black Label Elite Transport is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, or events beyond our control.
- Black Label Elite Transport is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in vehicles.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable service.

12. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All reservations with Black Label Elite Transport are subject to the following cancellation policy:
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
• Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup location (“no-show”) will result in 100% forfeiture of all charges.
• Refunds are not provided for early termination of service, unused time, or changes made within the 48-hour window.
By booking a reservation, the customer expressly agrees to this cancellation and no-refund policy.
13. Changes to Terms
Black Label Elite Transport reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
