Pickup, Waiting & No-Show Policy

Airport Pickups

30-minute grace period is provided after the scheduled pickup time.
Waiting time beyond the grace period may be billed in 15-minute increments at the standard hourly rate.


Non-Airport Pickups

(Point-to-Point / Distance Services)
10-minute grace period is provided after the scheduled pickup time.
Waiting time beyond the grace period may be billed in 15-minute increments at the standard hourly rate.


Hourly Services

Waiting time is included in the booked service and does not incur additional charges, provided the service remains within the reserved hours.


No-Show Policy

If the client does not arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time and cannot be reached, the booking may be classified as a no-show and is non-refundable.


Authorization for Additional Charges

By booking service with Black Label Elite Transport LLC, the client authorizes the company to invoice for any additional charges incurred during service, including but not limited to waiting time, overtime, tolls, parking, damages, or cleaning fees, in accordance with this policy.
